The arbitration will be conducted by AAA or JAMS under their applicable rules. If any part of this clause is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply.
15. GENERAL
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Le Monet and supersede prior agreements. Le Monet may terminate your access at any time. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
